After pregnancy, my body developed haemorrhoids which causes considerable pain on some days. Research shows that upto 35% women develop this condition after pregnancy. It's very common but nobody talks about this openly.It's time to tell you women out there that Yoga and morning walk can cure this problem if this is in initial stage. Of course medicines do their work but practicing yoga and a walk along with the medication gives you mental peace and fast recovery.
I sought treatment through allopathic and Ayurveda methods but only two remedies brought true relief: Yoga and morning walk, specifically mindful movement. From that point on, I have chosen yoga asanas instead of medication, especially to address haemorrhoids.

Another challenge my body fought with was a hormonal imbalance. Medication was running and I also used to go for a morning walk daily. Yoga and a morning walk were part of my daily routine too. My mindful body movements helped me a lot in curing this problem, along with medicines.

For cold and cough :
Also practice Anulom Vilom Pranayaam if you are suffering from cough, sore throat. Do this for atleast 10 minutes thrice a day. Seriously it works like a magic. Take the deep breath as well ( inhale-exhale). Keep doing this daily even if you are fine for keeping your lungs healthy.
Yoga for cervical pain :

You can find several Yoga postures for different kind of illness on Youtube. Arrange 1 hour of your morning for yourself. Half an hour for morning walk and half an hour for Yoga afterwards. Literally, you will see the good changes.
