15 Little habits that can change your life.

1- Track your Habits:

Self-awareness is so underrated. Clearly, when you know yourself and understand your willingness then transformation becomes easier.

2- Drink a lot of Water:

There are various benefits of drinking more water. It maintains your body fluid. Your skin   magically shines. No acne problem. It prevents dehydration. Atleast you should drink 8 glasses   of water in a day. Please note : Your fliud intake is prabably adaquate if your urine is colourless or light yellow.

3- Never compare your Life with anyone else's:

Well, this is the most difficult  but the effective Guru-Mantra for living a truly happy life. Doing this belittles what you have done for youself and that's not fair.

4- Workout:

It really helps, physically and mentally as well. I personally prefer this. Addition of Yoga/morning walk/zumba dance/excercise in your daily routine will eventually give a calmer and fresh YOU. It is not less than a Rebirth. Resluts are visible and goodish to feel within yourself.

5- Put yourself in other's shoes:

Being compassionate and empath should be your life goals. Understand the other's situation/feelings/pain before drawing your thoughts about them. Everyone is facing the circumstances at their level. You too. Always taking a reflective minute before passing a judgement on someone. It really does feel nice.

6- Express yourself and eye contact:

I won't lie but I am not good at this. I am trying to improve. When you do this, it gives you immense strength in vulnerability. It enhances your confidence. Eye contact is a powerful tool of communication. Reserachers believe that we become more focused on ourselves and aware of our behaviour when others are looking at us. Sustained eye contact is an invitaion to turn your talk into a conversation.

7- Address your thoughts:

Listen what you think. Listen what your mind want to speak. PLEASE STOP labelling them as  overthinking. Remember, your thought is a mirror to what you are.

8-  No reaction when in anger:

I know it is difficult to do but crucial for the wake of your mental health. See, showing anger  and  raising your voice can never be the solution to violence. Whether you are at home or in a  public space, you better leave that place during disputes for some time to calm yourself and don't argue with people who fights. Because there are so many other important things to think about rather than wasting your energy in giving your justification to others.

9- Pray:

Praying with gratitude and making it to a point to pray every day is a Game Changer.

10- Reading :

Books are your best friends. I believe in this quote - "Today a Reader, Tomorrow a Leader". The habit of reading is the best quality that a person can possess. It develops your mind, gives you excessive knowledge and lessons of life. Read, a book or a newspaper or an e-book or My Blog (hehe) or anything you like, just Read. Reading actually helps in improving vocabulary but without faith, hard work and patience.... nothing works. So, Be a happy reader.

11- Meditation:

This is a mindful activity. It gives you healthy mind and hence healthy life. For more, you better go to this link. Click Here

12- Ignoring things:

This is the safest mantra of life. Difficult though but you can do it with ease after practice. Stay away from toxic things and people as well. things you can control by yourself but for toxic people, just ignore them. Ignore what they say, what they think and what they do.

13- Acceptance:

Acceptance is the key towards a happy life. Of cource, there is no formula for success except an unconditional acceptance of life and what it brings. We need to develop this habit. I discovered that I feel happier and more peaceful when I accept what has happened instead of constantly fighting to change things.

14- Be a keen learner:

It helps you get new and knowledge based perspectives of the world around you. You must have noticed that every person's resume, who desires to get a job, always contains a point that "I am a keen learner". It is crucial for growing. Remember Each and every person you meet can give you a lesson (direct and indirectly). Choice is yours to catch/observe the enlightments..

15- Are you a shopaholic?:

There should be some concerns before buying anything. First, how much you need that thing. Second, think about the versatility (Stop repeating and picking everything). Third, check your future uses of the thing. Fourth, can you afford that?
